About me

What drives me

I get most excited in the early stages of a project: digging into user needs, exploring different directions and shaping ideas with others and different tools. I’m always aiming to design with empathy and intention.

My background is in Industrial Design Engineering, which gave me a strong foundation in human-centered design thinking. Over the past few years I’ve focused on UX and UI design - shaping interfaces, flows and interactions. While I haven’t been involved in hands-on research for a while, it is something I genuinely enjoy and want to bring back into my work. Talking to users, asking the right questions and uncovering what truly matters - those are the things I want to get back to.

I bring energy, curiosity and a collaborative spirit to every project. I thrive when I can bounce around ideas with others, sketch out early concepts, or facilitate a good brainstorming session. Whether it’s co-creating with a team or asking ‘why’ until things start to fall into place.

UX traineeship Yacht

At Yacht I gained both the hard and soft skills needed for UX. I especially value the soft skill program I followed. Together with my fellow trainees, I learned what makes or breaks collaborations and how I can do my part in improving the work environment.

DesignLab

While following my masters in Industrial Design Engineering, I worked part-time at DesignLab. This is a student-led design hub on the university campus.

My time at DesignLab was invaluable as I worked together with students with different nationalities and from different studies.
